With over 18 years industry experience, Michael has developed a strong understanding of leasehold legislation and industry best practice, specialising in the discipline of Service Charge Accounting. Having spent 14 of his 18 years with Vegner Group (formerly HML), he has a deep affinity for the business and has witnessed its growth and evolution first-hand. His role, as the strategic and operational lead for the B-hive Property Solutions back-office, is to work closely with the various department heads to continuously look to improve the service delivery, increase revenue streams and create efficiencies, utilising technology for the benefit of the clients, employees and the wider company.
