As CEO of the Vegner Group, I am responsible for shaping the company's vision, leading the wider strategy, and driving the continuous growth of the Group and our people in an ever evolving industry landscape. With a robust foundation in place, built on years of leadership and expertise in property management, I am focused on driving the Vegner Group's mission forward, positioning us as a leader in the leasehold management sector, and ultimately ensuring profitability by achieving our long-term objectives.

I joined the Vegner Group in 2015 as an Associate Director and have since held several key posts, including Head of Property Management, Regional Director, and Group Director. Each of these roles has helped refine my leadership skills and has given me a deeper understanding of both the operational and strategic requirements of the company.

Before joining Vegner Group, I initially worked in lettings management before transitioning into block management for a number of years. I later moved into operations management across several industries, including residential surveying, accountancy, and telecoms, before returning to property management.

With over 18 years industry experience, I have developed a strong understanding of leasehold legislation and industry best practice, specialising in the discipline of Service Charge Accounting. Having spent 14 of my 18 years with the Vegner Group (formerly HML), I have a deep affinity for the business and have witnessed its growth and evolution first-hand. My role, as the strategic and operational lead for the B-hive Property Solutions back-office, is to work closely with the various department heads to continuously look to improve the service delivery, increase revenue streams and create efficiencies, utilising technology for the benefit of the clients, employees and the wider company.

As CFO of the Vegner Group, I am responsible for the Group's financial strategy, performance and reporting, working alongside the CEO and wider Executive team to support our continued growth and the delivery of our long-term objectives. With M&A and operational integration both central to the Vegner Group story, I am focused on building a finance function that combines disciplined control with the commercial insight needed to help the business scale.

I joined the Vegner Group in 2026, having previously worked in Group M&A and Strategic Growth at Odevo, the international property management group and parent of the Vegner Group. In that role, I supported Odevo's expansion across markets and was responsible for M&A in the UK and the Nordics.

Before Odevo, I held M&A and strategy roles at Sandvik. I began my career in corporate finance advisory, with positions at SEB and HDR Partners. I hold a BSc and an MSc from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London.

I joined the Vegner Group in December 2015 and am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function. No one day is the same in HR, but my general responsibilities include guiding, managing and providing strategy on the people function for the Vegner Group. A core function of my role is to develop Vegner's culture, development, organisation and recruitment. Since joining Vegner, I have led the implementation of policies and programmes created by the wider senior management team and have helped Vegner win multiple awards.

I have over 20 years' experience in the property finance industry. I have been with the Vegner group for over 15 years and have gained an extensive knowledge of leasehold accounting legislation and industry best practice.

I am responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the B-hive Property Solutions Client Finance division. Ensuring we are compliant at all times is pivotal within our operations, and giving peace of mind to all our clients is at the forefront of what we do.

Over the last 10 years, I have focused my efforts on devising productive strategies to manage call centre operations and delivering top-notch customer service.

Working in fast-paced environments is something I enjoy and thrive in. Since joining B-hive Property Solutions, my role involves developing and expanding the CoSec team, while driving process efficiencies and ultimately customer satisfaction.

My focus for the teams is to continue creating an efficient, agile, people focused, client centric operation, to deliver talked about property services. I am proud to be part of the B-hive Property Solutions team, working together to deliver a unique and successful proposition in the market.

With over 25 years' experience in the property industry, I've spent the last decade at Vegner Group, progressing from Property Manager to Director. As a member of both The Property Institute and the Chartered Management Institute, I lead all Property Management Support Services, including Section 20, Contractor Accreditation, Out of Hours, Fire Policy Notices and Signage. I'm commercially driven, with strong landlord and tenant knowledge, and pride myself on coaching and mentoring my team to consistently deliver high-quality work.

I joined the group in 2019 bringing over 25 years of experience in property management, including spanning commercial, lettings and block management. As Director of Property, I oversee several property management offices across the UK, ensuring clients receive a strong and reliable standard of service.

I have worked in a variety of roles in my career, ranging from IT Helpdesk through to managing a short-let Airbnb offering. All the experience I have gained has helped me thrive as a project manager and strengthened my ability to manage a wide variety of projects.
