The Vegner Group has partnered with Stonewall, who exist to eradicate discrimination within the LGBT community.
Stonewall exists to let all lesbian, gay, bi and trans people, here and abroad, know they are not alone.
We are honoured to work with the Department of Work and Pensions and being awarded a Level 2 Disability Confident employer.
Disability Confident is a scheme that is designed to help us recruit and retain disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent.
The Tommy’s Pregnancy at Work scheme is designed to give organisations all the tools they need to provide the best level of support for pregnant employees and their managers.
We are proud to be recognised by Tommy’s for our policies and procedures in this post cherished and important area.
Suzy’s Code highlights steps that can be taken to increase personal safety for employees in the housing sector.

FUNDRAISING
We are very lucky to have a number of fundraising enthusiasts across the Vegner Group, who work tirelessly to raise both funds and awareness for their chosen charities – a lot of which are close to our employee’s hearts.
We always encourage our staff to get involved with their local communities and Vegner supports our colleagues in their endeavours.
