As CEO of Vegner Group, Erica is responsible for shaping the company's vision, leading the wider strategy, and driving the continuous growth of the Group and its people in an ever evolving industry landscape. With a robust foundation in place, built on years of leadership and expertise in property management, she is focused on driving Vegner Group's mission forward, positioning the Group as a leader in the leasehold management sector, and ultimately ensuring profitability by achieving its long-term objectives.
Erica joined Vegner Group in 2015 as an Associate Director and has since held several key posts, including Head of Property Management, Regional Director, and Group Director. Each of these roles has helped refine her leadership skills and has given her a deeper understanding of both the operational and strategic requirements of the company.
Before joining Vegner Group, Erica initially worked in lettings management before transitioning into block management for a number of years. She later moved into operations management across several industries, including residential surveying, accountancy, and telecoms, before returning to property management.
