The Group was originally set up by LTC Holdings plc in 1991 to manage their property portfolio.
In 2006 the company was listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and thus embarked on an expansion programme. The business grew significantly, both organically and through acquisition.
In 2022, the company formally known as HML Holdings, successfully rebranded and is now known as the Vegner Group.
