Leading the Group’s People Function.
Richard joined Vegner Group in December 2015 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function. No one day is the same in HR, but his general responsibilities include guiding, managing and providing strategy on the people function for Vegner Group. A core function of his role is to develop Vegner's culture, development, organisation and recruitment. Since joining Vegner, he has led the implementation of policies and programmes created by the wider senior management team and has helped Vegner win multiple awards.
