Leading the Group’s Financial Strategy.
As CFO of Vegner Group, Arthur is responsible for the Group's financial strategy, performance and reporting, working alongside the CEO and wider Executive team to support the Group's continued growth and the delivery of its long-term objectives. With M&A and operational integration both central to Vegner Group's story, he is focused on building a finance function that combines disciplined control with the commercial insight needed to help the business scale.
Arthur joined Vegner Group in 2026, having previously worked in Group M&A and Strategic Growth at Odevo, the international property management group and parent of Vegner Group. In that role, he supported Odevo's expansion across markets and was responsible for M&A in the UK and the Nordics.
Before Odevo, Arthur held M&A and strategy roles at Sandvik. He began his career in corporate finance advisory, with positions at SEB and HDR Partners. He holds a BSc and an MSc from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London.
